Melton Building Society approached us in 1997. The mutual was searching for a reliable partner to provide systems that would let them manage their savings and mortgage operations in-house, whilst ensuring they could meet ongoing regulatory requirements and the needs of customers and staff.
A white labelled savings platform
As a provider that places customers at the heart of everything they do, the platform they required needed to be safe, secure and reliable.
Since the launch of the partnership over twenty years ago, additional functionality has been added and the service now includes internet savings, online services for mortgages, CRM system and the facility to develop the system via a web portal.
Investment and development over the years
All of these features have benefited from a significant amount of investment and development over the years. A continued driver for these updates has been to develop the customer experience in line with ever changing requirements and expectations, combined with improving internal efficiencies for the organisation itself.
